What should I do if a token has no price?

If Coinfox does not display price data for a specific token, it is usually because it is a low-traded or very new token. Such cryptocurrencies are often (still) not listed on major data sources like CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap, so Coinfox cannot retrieve historical prices. In this case, you need to manually enter the cost basis or price. This means you should enter the purchase price/value of the token yourself when recording the transaction. This way, you ensure that the token is correctly accounted for in your portfolio valuation and tax report.
